Well, let’s put it this way. If the answer was the north pole and moshin’s answer was the south pole, then your guess is Argentina. Yes, you’re getting closer, but more by dint that it’s not possible to be less correct than Moshin than by anything else. You are correct to attempt to interpret it symbolically. Pay closer attention to the quoted part.

And … dear god, no, it’s not in French.

Moshin’s answer reminds me of IIIAQICI82QB4IP.

If the riddle were a picture, I think it would be three twelve-legged, two-headed creatures but I suspect it’s something to do with reading it out: “a dozen queues two percents three times oh no two esses three dots ess, or maybe in french.

Am I getting closer?

My guess: It’s somebody drinking too much beer (or whatever other liquid), later he needs to go to the bathroom, but probably didn’t make it to get in time… hahaha.
