Will Wright went to GDC and discussed his upcoming game, Spore. It’s a monster. I’m not even going to try to explain it; just watch the half hour video. Sound is pretty critical; things are badly paced unless you’re listening to him talk, and he does get several good jokes in, here and there – especially the one about his reputation. Also, it’s interesting to listen to developers react to him doing certain impressive things; I won’t ruin them here, but you’ll know them when you hear the crowd erupt into applause.
